Return & Refund Policy

At Goldwater Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are Ayurvedic healthcare and wellness products, all products sold on our website are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Products

All products purchased from Goldwater Ayurveda cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A leaking package
• An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Product photos
• Package images
• Unboxing video (recommended)

Our support team will verify the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

• Order cancelled before shipment.
• Product unavailable after payment.
• Verified damaged or incorrect product (after review).

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
