🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

Opened or used products

Personal care or wellness products

Items marked as non-returnable or final sale

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to the bank/card used at the time of payment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll issue a refund via bank transfer. Bank details will be requested during the return process.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to:

A damaged product

A wrong item sent

In such cases, we will arrange a free reverse pickup or reimburse the shipping cost as applicable.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos of the item and packaging by email at goldwaterformulation@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at [9793344333] for quick assistance.
